We've added shipping label generation to Widget 2.0 through Sendcloud integration.
For businesses, this helps create a smoother customer journey and reduces the risk of delays caused by missed shipping instructions.
For customers, this means one less step in the shipping process. Instead of waiting for a separate email with a shipping label, they can now generate and download it directly in the widget once they complete their trade-in or buyback request.
Keeping everything in one place makes the process faster and more convenient. Customers can move straight from device valuation to shipment without switching between different tools or searching for follow-up emails.
Shipping labels are generated through Sendcloud, a delivery management platform that gives access to more than 170 carriers, including DHL, DPD, UPS, GLS, FedEx, PostNL, and many others across Europe.
The integration is available for businesses operating in multiple European countries, including the UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, and several additional markets.
Please note that Sendcloud is a third-party service and requires a separate account and carrier agreements where applicable. The NSYS team can assist with setup and configuration to help clients get started quickly.
