NSYS serves clients in more than 70 countries worldwide, which is why our team actively participates in international exhibitions. Events like these allow us to stay close to our partners, understand the specifics of local markets, and showcase cutting-edge solutions in action. This year, one of the key events was Expomobile Colombia 2025, where NSYS CEO and founder Gregory Glazman gave an in-depth interview with the organizers.
A Unique Ecosystem Beyond Diagnostics
Question: How does NSYS Group differentiate itself from other players in the mobile industry?
Gregory Glazman:
We are not just a diagnostic provider, there are a lot of diagnostic providers on the market now, but we have a unique ecosystem of solutions for mobile phone testing, grading, evaluation, and inventory management system.
NSYS offers not just software for device diagnostics, but a comprehensive ecosystem that addresses the key needs of the secondary smartphone market — from testing and grading to price evaluation and inventory management.
A standout innovation is our robot, Reeva, which NSYS has been developing since 2020. Gregory explains:
This robot is an absolutely innovative product. We did it entirely in-house with our team, and it’s built on patented technologies. It’s compact, cost-effective, and highly functional.
This combination of hardware and software automation allows NSYS to provide a faster, more reliable, and scalable solution to companies handling refurbished or used phones, which is increasingly important in growing markets like Latin America.
Strategic Significance of Expomobile Participation
Question: Why does NSYS participate in industry events such as Expomobile?
Gregory Glazman:
From our beginning, our presence here in Latin America was strong. From 2017, we have clients in many countries on this continent: Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Chile, of course. And we see this market is growing, particularly in the last few years. Two years ago, we participated in this event for the first time. The results were good enough. Now we finally came here with our robot, and we see huge interest from the local market and a big potential of this event. Thank you very much to the organizers for creating these opportunities for us.
NSYS’s participation is more than a marketing opportunity; it is a strategic step to build relationships, showcase innovations, and understand local market needs. By presenting Reeva in action, the company demonstrates its capabilities in automation, data-driven grading, and operational efficiency — all critical for partners in the Latin American market.
Driving the Future of Refurbished Device Management
Gregory’s insights underscore NSYS’s mission to be not just a software or equipment provider, but a full ecosystem partner for companies managing used devices. The combination of cutting-edge robotics, comprehensive testing, and local market engagement positions NSYS as a global leader in secondary device automation.
Events like Expomobile Colombia 2025 also provide essential feedback: seeing products in action, answering questions directly, and understanding customer challenges informs the next steps in NSYS’s innovation roadmap.
When people see the system working live, it’s more convincing than any presentation slides
- Gregory notes.
NSYS continues to expand its footprint in Latin America, with a clear focus on automation, reliability, and scalable solutions that help partners succeed in the rapidly growing refurbished device market.
