Today, October 26, we would like to present to you the next updates of NSYS solutions. This time we have updated 3 of our products: NSYS Diagnostics, NSYS Buyback, and NSYS Inventory.
NSYS Diagnostics (application):
We added a new system of Battery Health calculation for iOS devices! Download additional software Battery Health Identificator to make it work.
NSYS Diagnostics (web):
The Notification system has become more effective! If there is a new notification, it opens in a new window above the interface. Now you won't miss anything!
NSYS Buyback:
- New Widget blocks
We added two blocks in a Widget questionnaire: IMEI check and Diagnostic blocks. IMEI check block will require your clients to manually input the IMEI of their device and perform optional ESN, ESNA or SimLock checks. The diagnostics block makes it possible to perform diagnostics remotely via scanning the QR code.
- Types of iPads
Now in the device catalog, all iPads are divided into 2 versions: with Cellular connectivity or with Wi-Fi only. You can set up different prices for these models and apply different questionnaires.
- Test source selection
Now you can choose how to perform Diagnostic tests: from the Buyback questionnaire or the Diagnostics profile.
- Certificate name generation
When an order certificate is downloaded, its name is generated. It includes the number of the order and the date of order creation.
NSYS Inventory:
- Documents search
ID search for Inventory documents has been simplified. Now you need to input only a number that is more than zero and get relevant results.
- Items status
As soon as new devices are added to the warehouse, they receive the status In Process. If there are diagnostic test results of those devices in NSYS Diagnostics, and all the tests are all successfully passed, they can automatically change their status to Available after receiving Diagnostics results.
